Being a first time buyer, I was apprehensive about the options available to me. My first point of contact in looking into a mortgage was with my own bank, I then compared this to a few other highstreet banks, but I was not pleased with the options that they were offering. When I first met with Helmut, I explained my financial position to him and he was confident that he could assist me. He found several mortgages that I was eligible for, and they were at a considerably different amount than the banks offered me initially.
